Rebate is valid for up to $20 toward any size or format of store brand infant formula from any retailer in the USA. Store Brand Infant Formulas are available nationwide from retailers like Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Kroger, CVS, Aldi, Safeway and many more. To find a product near you, visit www.storebrandformula.com/find.

How long do I have to send in my receipt?

Participants will have until 9/22/2021 11:59 pm ET to submit their receipts of qualifying purchases.

How long after my submission is validated will I receive my reward?

lf you selected Visa® Prepaid Card* during registration, you will receive it within 24 hours.
If you selected PayPal** cash back reward, you will receive it within 48 hours.

*Swift Prepaid Solutions is the Service Provider for your Redemption Account and associated Card Accounts. Your Program Sponsor is the entity that marketed and/or distributed the reward, and is either a direct or indirect Client of Swift Prepaid.

Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
